Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit.
If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped.

Orders Already Shipped
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after receiving it, subject to our return policy.
Custom or Pre-Order Items
Custom-made or pre-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production begins.
